Hi Everyone!

My name is Kaylyn and I am a university student living in Canada. I love working out and am always looking for different ways to mix up my workouts –  I love eating healthy and striving towards a healthy and happy lifestyle! Along with working out I also love yoga, hiking, camping, hanging out with my family and friends and just enjoying my life as a young active female! I hope you guys enjoy my blog and I am hoping that I can pass some helpful, fun and interesting workout and food ideas to all of you!


PS – I do not post all the food that I eat. I always eat breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner … sometimes I even get a hankering for a night snack 🙂 – for my workouts, I know my limit, make sure to modify any of my workout ideas to accomodate your own personal fitness level.
