 Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

– Mango Banana Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Granola Smoothie Bowl

Strawberry Banana “Milkshake” Smoothie

Green Monster Smoothie

  • 1 to 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of portein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • handful of spinach (trust me…you can not even taste it in your smoothie)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • splash of water
Berry-Berry-Chocolate Smoothie:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 tbsp of pure cocoa
  • 1 scoop vanilla (or chocolate) protein powder (I use Isoflex Whey Protein Powder)
  • 1 heaping tbsp of Flax Seed
  • 1 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
Banana Mango Smoothie
 
Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie – can also be make with vanilla protein powder with a bit more PB added in.
